Meet Shawn Sparks
Shawn Sparks has worked with hundreds of advisors throughout his career, showing them how to be better business owners and better wives and mothers, husbands and fathers. His company, Triad Partners, coined the phrase “Do Business, Do Life” as a testimony to the possibility of achieving balance as a busy advisor.
A business development expert, Shawn shows top advisors how to create comprehensive marketing, sales, and operations plans that allow them to do more in less time. His mission is to show advisors strategies for scaling their businesses that truly support the lifestyle they desire–while avoiding burnout and improving all aspects of their lives. Shawn puts what he teaches into practice.
As a husband, father, and owner of a growing business development firm, he knows firsthand what it’s like to grow a business while raising a young family. Although he loves his work, his greatest joy is found in spending time with his wife Aubrey and his four kids: Sadie, AnnMarie, Sutton, and Charlotte.
